Payroll Check Administration Customized for your Business
Depending on the size of the business and the number of employees, businesses usually have a preference as to how they want to “account” for payroll. The basic choices are that we would print the payroll checks using the businesses checking account numbers and routing numbers or we would impound the payroll and pay the employees using our payroll account. Our experience is that the smaller the business and the number of employees the more often the business wants to continue to use their checking account for payroll.
Employer Checking Account
Employer provides a checking account that they own which we print checks on for the employer to hand out. Impound option for taxes still available with this choice.
APT Payroll Checking Account
APT impounds all payroll and taxes and provides checks for the employer to hand out.
